Returns Policy

While we are sure that you will love all your Toffee Moon purchases we realize that there maybe times when, for some reason, you are not completely happy. If that is the case for any reason then just do the following.

If you have ordered one of our personalised products we cannot accept customer cancellations to orders, unless the cancellation is actioned immediately after the order has been placed. Please contact us by telephone or email so we can stop the personalisation process. Please check your order on screen at the checkout stage and the confirmation email as unfortunately we cannot refund products which have been embroidered with misspellings or incorrect details such as names or dates.

Returns

To return unwanted goods, please include your order reference and any instructions or additional information with regards refunds or exchanges and send to:

As long as goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on, we will exchange or refund it. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding Deliveries. If the goods are faulty or not as ordered we will refund the cost of Deliveries as well.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please follow the instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange. We will refund your original method of payment the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment if the item is more expensive. You will not be charged additional postage and packing on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address.
